         What can I say about Mark's service with my parent's home???  Mark did a great job!!!  Since the first day we met we thought - he is so nice and helpful; he went out of his way to meet with us even though we were not looking to buy a home at the time.  He was very patient and helpful with the back and forth everyday with the closing/title company.  He even went out of his way to help with the Homestead Exemption process by taking my parent's to the property appraiser's office.  Then he got the Real Property Stickers that we were on a mission to get into our hands.  There are not many realtors that will go the extra steps, far and beyond their duty to do a great job like he did for my parents.

          Need a home? I personally would not use anyone but Mark Cohen if you are looking for a home in the Gainesville Area. Mr. Cohen is by far the best salesman I have ever met.          When I was looking at buying a house in Florida last year I contacted Mark Cohen - quite by accident. But it was an experience I'LL never forget! He showed me North Central Florida, especially (by request) Gainesville.  I learned an enormous amount about the area. I liked what I saw and told him exactly what I wanted and how much I could spend. He didn't waste my time on anything that wasn't what I wanted and showed me everything available that was.
